The ceiling

Building alone means being your own backend engineer, designer, and marketer.

You lose the day to the switch between them. AI coding tools make each task faster. They don't move the ceiling — one person can hold one thing at a time.

No sessions to find, no agent to pick

You say what you need. Eidornis decides what it is.

A bug dropped into triage. A question answered by the engineer who owns that subsystem. A working session convened between your product lead and the two engineers whose code it touches.

the branch titles are still using the subject, not the motive
Routed Agent Runtime · Priya owns classification
That's mine. The titling prompt reads the branch subject rather than the message that spawned it — I filed AGT-42 and picked it up. Sam owns how the branch point renders, so I've pulled him in for review on the UI half.

Management

Scattered issues become one initiative, without anyone filing it.

Seventeen bugs across two teams were one subsystem. The management layer reads across the backlog, finds the work that is secretly a single project, and lifts it — dependencies wired, reviewers drawn from whoever owns the code being touched.

Why it holds

An org that persists, not a pipeline that runs once.

Specialization

Depth, not breadth

Each agent owns a domain and accumulates knowledge in it, instead of rediscovering the codebase every session.

Authority

Ownership is not a fence

The design engineer sets the rules every other agent writes CSS by. The platform engineer signs off on anything crossing the security boundary. Both hold a concern that runs through the whole codebase.

Identity

Real accounts, real scopes

Every member has its own GitHub and Linear identity, its own credentials, and permissions that actually constrain it. A product agent can reprioritize the backlog. An engineer can't.

Anyone can build an agent that finds and fixes a bug. The hard part is an agent that finds one, knows it isn't its to fix, and knows where it belongs.

What's left for you is what was always yours: deciding what to build, and why.
